These numbers apply to continuous waveform generation, which allows for the fastest waveform
generation because it does not use the PCI bus. The maximum update rate in FIFO mode does not change
regardless of the number of devices in the system. The NI 6722/6723 does not take any time to reset the
FIFO to the beginning when cycling through it.
