When laser emission stop input is set as an external input, laser emission can bestopped by turning on the external input (input response time 20 ms). Laser emissionstays stopped while the external input is on. The laser is emitted within 20 ms afterthe external input is turned off. For the conditions of detection outputs and analogoutputs during laser emission stop input, refer to "Chapter 4-2 11. External input" olthe User's Manual.
